At Clean Warks, we take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services that meet the expectations of our clients. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that our clients feel confident and satisfied with their choice to use our services. Below are the details of our policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Scheduling and Cancellations:

Clients may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. If the Customer cancels or reschedules the Service with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the booking fee will not be refunded. If the Customer cancels or reschedules the Service within 24 hours of the scheduled Service Time, the entire booking fee of INR 1000 will not be refunded.

b. Recurring Services:

For clients with recurring cleaning schedules, cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 48 hours before the next scheduled service. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our scheduling and staffing.

2. Refunds

a. Service Quality:

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please report your concerns to us within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a team to re-clean the specific areas without additional charge. Our goal is always to ensure your satisfaction.

b. No Refund After Re-Cleaning:

If a re-cleaning appointment has been completed and the service is still deemed unsatisfactory, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that refunds are typically not provided once a re-cleaning attempt has been made.

c. Refund Requests:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include a detailed explanation of the reason for the request. Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Clean Warks management and are based on the circumstances of the individual case.

3. Refunds for Damaged Property

If any damage is caused by our staff during a cleaning session, please report the incident to our office within 48 hours. We will assess the damage, and if we are responsible, we will make the necessary arrangements to repair or compensate for the damage. Refunds or compensation for damages will be handled promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

4. Payment Refunds

In cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 10 business days. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

5. Modifications to the Refund Policy

Clean Warks reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage clients to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
